We KidsActiveFun and KidsActiveFun Training are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

KidsActiveFun and KidsActiveFun Training is committed to protecting the privacy of your information and ensuring that information submitted (by Parents/Guardians, guardians, attendees, schools or other venues) remains private, and is used only for the purposes of: administration, registration, notifications, providing classes, services, updates, information and items of general and specific interest (including electronic updates, newsletters, emails and texts), the purposes for which it was provided, verification purposes, statistical analysis, marketing, advertising and promoting our products and services, offering new and enhanced products and services, keeping you informed of on-going and new KidsActiveFun training courses, classes, activities, events, camps and offers and any changes. Our franchise members, instructors, trainers and administration staff may use information to advertise and or promote third party services or materials. This will be directed from us. No personal details shall be transferred. You hereby consent to the above processing (including the processing of sensitive personal information such as your contact information or your child’s relevant medical history data that may be given.

For security of your information KidsActiveFun do not accept orders by e-mail. Bookings/Order can only be placed by telephone or online. Our Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday from 9.00am- 5.30pm although you can make and enquiry online or call us outside these hours.
